Project Manager 360



Bob is looking for a 360 project manager. The candidate is driven and rigorous, and they thrive on finding creative solutions to different challenges to produce traditional, digital and experiential campaigns.


The candidate considers collaboration and trust-based relationships with their colleagues, partners and clients to be essential and strives to distinguish the projects, teams and clients. With a mastery of the graphics chain, they will work together with their colleagues from different disciplines (production, creation, digital and promotion).


To do this, the 360 project manager applies their curiosity, analytic mind and critical sense. They ask the right questions and seek out answers from the different stakeholders. In addition, they are responsible for the quality, time and budget of their deliverables.

Key tasks:

  • Understand client needs in order to contribute to the development of an effective action and execution plan 
  • Ensure project management and delivery that is on time and within budget
  • Support clients and follow up with them on the feasibility of the projects and productions costs
  • Validate project feasibility and production costs with the Director and support them as well as the consultants and clients
  • Develop and draft briefs, production schedules and budgets
  • Evaluate the internal and external resources needed to produce the projects (promotional agents, suppliers, etc.)
  • Take on several projects at once: from managing on the brief to production execution and delivery, as well as invoicing, budget control and project debriefing
  • Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and the various internal and external parties
  • Ensure that onsite events or promotions run smoothly



  • Mastery of all stages of project management, from taking a brief to final delivery

  • Bachelor of Marketing and Communication
  • Minimum 3 years’ agency experience in a similar project management and client service capacity
  • Experience in managing events or experiential marketing programs (sponsorship actions, galas, trade shows, etc.)
  • Integrated experience in event management and print, promotional, digital and electronic production
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory
