Project Manager, Print



The desired candidate is efficient, rigorous and an expert in all things related to print production. They have a knack for finding creative solutions to different challenges in order to produce promotional marketing campaigns for our clients in the retail sector.


The candidate considers collaboration and trust-based relationships with their colleagues, partners and clients to be essential and strives to distinguish the projects, teams and clients. With a mastery of the graphics chain, they will work closely with their colleagues from different disciplines (strategy, creation and production).


The print production manager also has a strong knowledge of the buyer’s purchase path, so that they ask the right questions and seek the right answers with the different stakeholders. In addition, they are responsible for the quality, time and budget of their deliverables.

Key tasks:

  • Understand client needs in order to contribute to the development of an effective action and execution plan 
  • Ensure project management and delivery that is on time and within budget
  • Support clients and follow up with them on the feasibility of the projects and productions costs
  • Validate project feasibility and production costs with the Director and support them as well as the consultants and clients
  • Develop and draft briefs, production schedules and budgets
  • Evaluate the internal and external resources needed to produce the projects
  • Take on several projects at once: from managing on the brief to production execution and delivery, as well as invoicing, budget control and project debriefing
  • Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and the various internal and external parties



  • Mastery of all stages of project management, from taking a brief to final delivery

  • Bachelor of Marketing and Communication
  • Minimum 3 years’ agency experience in a similar project management and client service capacity
  • Knowledge of retail in Quebec, particularly the food and personal care sectors
  • Integrated experience in managing promotional print production (POS, coupons, booklets, posters, direct marketing)
  • Experience in retail and promotional marketing (in-store experiential activations, marketing programs such as contests, rebates, loyalty programs)
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory
