Job description

Bob is looking for someone passionate who’s able to surpass client needs and create business opportunities via 360-degree projects, specifically through their brand management expertise. They will build a trusting relationship with each client, ensuring they know their challenges are understood and they’ll be offered creative and strategic solutions.

This person will act as an inspiring leader, supporting and rallying the best teams around a common vision for the different projects they manage. They will also be responsible for the development and profitability of their client portfolio.

As well, this person will proactively guide the agency’s senior management in areas of strategic orientation and business development.

Key tasks

  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Advise clients by anticipating their issues, challenges and needs
  • Develop brand strategies in collaboration with clients and in-house partners to define strategic, action and execution plans aligned with each client’s vision and objectives
  • In collaboration with internal teams, assess the strengths and weaknesses of the existing brand, research market trends, and propose action plans to reinforce the brand
  • Plan and host collaborative workshops related to creating, reshaping or activating a brand
  • Build the best teams to meet client needs and propose effective solutions and strategies for their issues and challenges in terms of marketing communications
  • Demonstrate unifying and inspiring leadership for their team and help to develop the talents under their responsibility
  • Monitor the profitability of accounts as well as their growth and sound financial health
  • Develop a close relationship with senior management and actively participate in business development
  • Work in synergy with the creative, strategy and production departments
  • Be an inspiring, compassionate leader who works according to values like excellence and rigour, while demonstrating resourcefulness and devotion to their coworkers and team
  • Promote the agency’s standards of quality and ensure they are followed
  • Be a good ambassador for the agency and its clients
  • Act as a resource person at the agency

Skills and

  • Solid experience in the fields of brand management and visual identity
  • Comprehensive understanding of branding principles and market trends
  • Ability to develop and implement effective brand strategies

Education and

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in 360-degree campaigns
  • A passion for their work
  • Ability to guide, communicate and interact
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
