As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action.
Your role will be to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects within our Brand Management team, including brand identity, campaigns, digital, social media, and more, while working closely with our account, creative, and production teams.
You’ll work on high-impact campaigns and make sure everything is delivered on time, on budget, and up to Bob’s standards of quality.

Key tasks
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial brief to final delivery, including timelines, budgets, production, and billing
- Write clear and effective briefs, build realistic project timelines, and coordinate resources
- Manage follow-ups with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Validate project feasibility, costs, and key milestones with the account, production, and creative teams
- Work closely with Project Directors and Account Managers to ensure an efficient workflow
- Maintain proactive communication and build trusted relationships with all stakeholders

abilities
- A highly organized, resourceful person who is comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Someone who understands the realities of agency life and knows how to stay focused during busy periods
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- A collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented mindset
Education and
experience
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, ideally in an agency environment
- Strong understanding of brand-related projects, including branding, campaigns, print, digital, social media, and traditional media; shopper marketing experience is an asset
- Good understanding of agency project workflows and processes
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken, is essential
