At once humble, accessible and prestigious, Université de Sherbrooke has considerable strengths that allow it to compete with the largest universities. However, the institution was faced with a drop in enrolments due to demographic factors and post-pandemic challenges such as declining interest for higher learning and a rise in the employment rate. This was the situation when Bob was called in to help.
The goal of our partnership was to reassert Université de Sherbrooke’s brand positioning and prestige by engaging students with their perceived value of the establishment. Working closely with Université de Sherbrooke’s communications department, Bob developed an innovative campaign highlighting the university’s distinctive attributes to attract the attention of future students. The campaign was developed to guarantee an effective and conclusive conversion strategy.
