Cloutier – financial group a leading player in Quebec’s financial services industry for over 45 years, wanted to modernize its image and clarify its positioning.
The goal: a brand that feels clearer, closer to its people, and aligned with its vision for the future—one that embodies the strength, rigour and trust that define Cloutier.

What we did
Bob guided Cloutier through a full brand foundation rebuild: mission, vision, values, promise, tone, and positioning were all redefined to reflect who the organization is today.
A brand manifesto was crafted to unite teams around a clear, authentic and meaningful statement.
This strategic work came to life through a completely redesigned visual identity: a modernized logo, distinctive typography, a warm colour palette, contemporary iconography, and a human-focused photography style.
Bob also designed the new Cloutier website, bringing the brand’s modernity, clarity and energy to the digital space.
To ensure consistency, we created a comprehensive brand toolkit including business cards, email signatures, presentation templates, newsletter layouts, and social media assets.
The agency also supported the brand launch, organizing two major employee and partner events, along with a brand reveal video.
